Anthony Leslie, age 52, passed away on Wednesday, April 24 2024, in Milan, Tennessee.

He was born on January 27, 1972 in Camden, Tennessee to the late Gray Leslie and Polly Ussery Leslie.

In addition to his parents, Anthony was preceded in death by his brother, Nicky Leslie and sister, Dodie Holland.

He is survived by his wife, Nicole Leslie of Medina; three sons, Austin Leslie of Medina, Kaleb Leslie of Medina and Colton Leslie of Jackson; and three brothers, Bobby Leslie of Murfreesboro, Brian Leslie of Medina and Jeff Leslie and his wife Tracy of Camden.

A graveside service will be held at 3:30 P.M. on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery with Jason Clark officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 27, 2024, in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home.
