Betty Qualls, age 70, passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital .

She was born on September 15, 1952 in Waukegan, Illinois to the late Octa Lee Qualls and Nancy Webb Qualls.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by two brothers, James Qualls and Tommy Qualls.

She is survived by her sister, Faye Clark of Jackson, Tennessee.
