Mr. Billy Neal, age 84, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at the Tennessee State Veteran’s Home in Humboldt, Tennessee.

He was born on September 1, 1937 in Levelland, Texas to the late Thomas Quitman and Ruby Norman.

Mr. Billy is survived by his two daughters, Teresa Johnston and her husband Dr. Randy Johnston of Jackson, Tennessee and Darla Saenger and her husband Dale of Lubbock, Texas; brother, Sam Neal and his wife Betty of Seguin, Texas; and two sisters, Sue Russell of Big Springs, Texas and Doris Neal of McKinney, Texas.
