Chad Sullivan

Mr. Christopher Chad Sullivan age 46 of Dresden, passed away Sunday, August 28, 2022, WTH Volunteer Hospital in Martin.

He was born July 9, 1976, in Mayfield, KY to Linda Thurston Potts and the late Danny Joe Sullivan.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Sullivan.

Survivors include his wife, Athene Fischer Sullivan of Dresden; mother, Linda Thurston Potts of Mayfield, KY; stepson, Alexander Durham of Dresden; two brothers, Johnny Sullivan and Michael Sullivan both of Mayfield, KY.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Chad, will be held at a later date.
