Christine Cagle

Mrs. Christine Hickerson Cagle age 92 of Humboldt, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2022, at her home.

She was born August 8, 1930, in Gibson County to the late Prof Hickerson and Mary Elizabeth Cotham Hickerson. She was a homemaker and also taught school for several years . Mrs. Cagle was a member of Berea Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-two years, W. C. Cagle as well as five sisters and nine brothers.

Survivors include two sons, Dennis Cagle, Sr. of Gibson and Jeff Cagle of Humboldt. Other survivors include her grandson and caregiver, Paul Cagle and a granddaughter, Karla Cagle.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Cagle will be conducted Saturday, December 17, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home with Bro. Thomas Fortner and Bro. Greg Wells officiating. The Cagle family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour.
