Mr. David Lee Simmons age 65 of Dyer, passed away on December 7, 2020 in Milan, Tennessee.

He was born on July 21, 1955 in Trenton, Tennessee to the late Grady Simmons and Thelma Chumley.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his brothers, Richard and James Simmons.

Survivors include four sons, Daniel Simmons, David Simmons, Matthew Simmons and Adam Simmons (Angie); one stepson, Tommy King; three daughters, Christy Joyce(Boogie), Kimberly Abel (Jason), Destiny Simmons and two sisters, Janie Borders and Ann Jernigan.

The Simmons Family will receive family and friends on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at The Rock from 2:00 p.m. until the service hour at 3:00 p.m.
