Janie Lou Turner

Janie Lou Turner, age 89, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024, at Maplewood Health Care in Jackson, Tennessee.

She was born on November 3, 1934, in Crittenden County, Arkansas to the late Andy Williams.

In addition to her parents, Janie was preceded in death by four of her children, Larry Hudson, Ralph Hudson, Millard Hudson and Mike Hudson; brother, John PeeWee Williams; and sister, Frances Simpson.

She is survived by her husband of fifty-seven years, Winston E. Turner of Humboldt; three sons, John Dicus of Trenton, Jerry Hudson and wife Bertha of Colorado and Billy Haynes of Louisiana; daughter, Peggy Haynes of Humboldt; three sisters, Betty Sue Mildstead of Humboldt, Rachel Pitts of Humboldt and Worda Lovett of Indiana.

Other survivors include ten grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 1, 2024, at Rose Hill Cemetery in Humboldt.
