Jay Simpson, age 31, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2022.

He was born on August 26, 1991 in Trenton, Tennessee to Cindy James Simpson and the late Joey Simpson.

In addition to his father, Jay was preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Young; paternal grandparents, Charles Ebron Simpson and Frances Simpson; maternal grandparents, Billy Fain James and Janice Bolin James; and great grandmother, Sue Webb Bolin.

He is survived by his mother, Cindy James Simpson of Trenton, Tennessee; brother, Daniel Simpson of Trenton, Tennessee; uncles, Anthony Simpson (Melissa) of Missouri and Stacey James (Steven) of Milan, Tennessee; and cousins, Tyler Simpson, Hunter Simpson, Jessica Wolfe (Caleb), Liam Rogers, Kailah Rogers and Alley Rogers.

A memorial gathering will be held from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home.
