Mr. Marlon Claud Jordan age 80 of Bells, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2020 in Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

He was born August 19, 1939 in Haywood County to the late Claud C. Jordan and Ovella Roberson Jordan. Mr. Jordan proudly served his country in the United States Army.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Arlene Williams and a sister, Mildred Mathis.

Survivors include two sons, Eric Jordan and wife Kathey and Junior Jordan and wife Christy all of Bells; three daughters, Clara Garrett and husband Jerry of Jackson, Joan Landers and husband John of Bells and Chenoa Archer and husband Danny of Jackson; one brother, Harlon Jordan of Alamo. Other survivors include ten grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Jordan will be conducted Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Bells First Assembly of God Church with Bro. Jeff King and Bro. Tommy Morgan officiating. The Jordan family will receive friends on Wednesday at the church from 5:00 p.m. until the service hour.
