Mitch Thomas Langley, age 25, passed away on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 in Jackson, Tennessee.

He was born August 3, 1995 in Jackson, Tennessee to Richard Langley and Julie Johnson.

Mitch grew up in Medina, Tennessee. He graduated in 2013 from South Gibson County High School where he played baseball and football. Mitch loved the Lord, his family, baseball and working out with his friends at the gym.

Mitch was preceded in death by his grandfather, Billy Joe Blakemore, Sr. and grandmother, Betty Langley.

He is survived by his mother, Julie Blakemore Johnson of Milan, Tennessee; father, Richard Langley of Medina, Tennessee; brother, Tyler Johnson of Milan, Tennessee; two sisters, Carlee Langley of Jackson, Tennessee and Kate Langley; maternal grandmother, Virginia Blakemore of Humboldt, Tennessee; paternal grandfather, Gene Langley of Humboldt, Tennessee; and many uncles, aunts and cousins.

Mitch was loved dearly by his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by many.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, May 15, 2021 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Saturday, May 15, 2021 from 12:00 P.M. until the service hour.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made in Mitch's memory to the place of your choice.
