Mr. Peter Ruiz, age 60, passed away on Monday, November 30, 2020 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

He was born on August 31, 1960 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Elogia Lucena.

Mr. Peter is survived by his wife, Tiny Ruiz; two sons, Brian Keith Turner and Billy Albert Edwards; four daughters, Yvette Ruiz, Anita Jones, Anette Yerkes and Tabatha Marie Edwards; three brothers, Israel Ruiz, Benito Pagan and Jerry Lucena; four sisters, Susan Muniz, Carmen Arrayo, Hedi Muniz and Julia Muniz; niece, Ashley Chandler; and eighteen grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M, Wednesday, December 9, 2020 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. until the service hour.
