Polly Leslie

Mrs. Polly Jane Ussery Leslie age 82 of Three Way, passed away Monday, December 13, 2021 in Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

She was born May 7, 1939 in Three Way to the late Woodrow Ussery and Thelma Thompson Ussery. Mrs. Leslie retired from the Jackson Madison County School System.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Armon Gray Leslie and a daughter, Dodie Leslie.

Survivors include five sons, Nicky Leslie of Humboldt, Jeff Leslie and wife Tracy of Camden, Bobby Leslie of Murfreesboro, Brian Leslie of Three Way and Tony Leslie of Medina.

Other survivors include eight grandchildren, Nicholas Leslie, Nathan Leslie, Joey Leslie, Dalton Leslie, Cherie Leslie, Autumn Leslie, Caleb Leslie and Colton Leslie as well as eight great grandchildren
