Mr. Ricky Dorris, age 66, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2023 in Jackson, Tennessee.
He was born on August 28, 1956 in Hardeman County to the late Russell Eugene Dorris and Clara Elizabeth Dorris. Ricky proudly served in the United States Army National Guard.
In addition to his parents, Ricky was preceded in death by four brothers, Dennis Dorris, Billy Joe Dorris, Douglas “Buddy” Dorris and Jewel Dorris and sister, Sheila Singleton.
He is survived by his wife, Gina Jordan Dorris of Jackson; son, Ricky Dorris, Jr. of Jackson; and two sisters, Sue Bowman of Jackson and Linda Branch of Jackson.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, March 3, 2023 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home with Tony Stewart and Ken Bowman officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until the service hour at the funeral home.
