Ronald Griffin

Mr. Ronald William "Ron" Griffin age 73 of Humboldt, passed away Sunday, October 2, 2022, at his residence.

He was born April 8, 1949, in Fulton County, Kentucky to the late Wilmer Marion Griffin and Clara Pomaski Griffin.  Ron was a Christian in faith. He worked in the hardware industry for the majority of his career. Ron worked for Orgill Brothers and HDW. Later he worked for HCI Supply and was employed at Ace Hardware at the time of of his death.

Ron is survived by his wife of eighteen years, Susan Latham Griffin; children, Shannon Griffin (Karen) of Kansas City, Missouri, Charlie Griffin of Covington, Courtney Griffin Newman of Covington and Samantha Griffin of Nashville. Other survivors include six grandchildren, two great grandchildren as well as another that is due to be born in February of 2023.

A service to celebrate Ron's life will be conducted on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home with Dr. Lucas Butler officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until the service hour.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to Griefshare at Calvary Baptist Church, 119 Oil Well Road, Jackson, TN 38305, in memory of Ron.
