Tonia Stoltz, age 51, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at Regional One in Memphis, Tennessee.
She was born on December 21, 1971 in Jackson, Tennessee to Travis and Cynthia Smith.
She is survived by her daughter, Lauren Smith of Medina; brother, Shannon Smith of Milan; granddaughter Lyddiah Smith; three nieces, Layne, Macy and Grace; and one nephew, Pierce.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Chapel Hill Baptist Church in Milan.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until the service hour at the church.
