Rande Luter, age 78, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2024, at AHC Humboldt.

He was born on June 23, 1945, in Pocahontas, Arkansas to the late Orten Luter and Elsie Reed Luter.

In addition to his parents, Rande was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

He is survived by his wife of forty years, Joyce Luter of Atwood; son, Tim Luter (Bernie) of Reyno, Arkansas; and a special uncle, Billy Luter of Corning, Arkansas.
