Nick Leslie, age 67, passed away on Friday, March 18, 2022 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
He was born on November 2, 1954 in Humboldt, Tennessee to the late Armon G. Leslie, Sr. and Thelma Ussery Leslie.
In addition to his parents, Nick was preceded in death by his wife, Jan Leslie and sister, Thelma Roman Holland.
He is survived by two sons, Nicholas Brent Leslie and his wife Kim of Humboldt, Tennessee and Nathan Clay Leslie of Humboldt, Tennessee; four brothers, Jeffrey Lynn Leslie and his wife Tracey of Camden, Tennessee, Bobby Wayne Leslie of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Brian Keith Leslie of Medina, Tennessee and Tony Ray Leslie; and four grandchildren, Skyler, Blake, Braxton and Johnathan.
