Chester Ballenger, Jr.

Mr. Chester Leroy Ballenger,Jr. age 83, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

He proudly served his country in the United States Army.

He was born on December 18, 1936 in Muscatine, Iowa to the late Chester Ballenger, Sr. and Gladys Brown.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Harris Ballenger, one daughter, Wendy Ballenger and one sister, Betty Ballenger.

Survivors include two sons, Chester Eugene Ballenger, III and Brian Lee Ballenger; three daughters, Michelle Killburn, Kathy and Tina; one brother, Darwin "Butch" Ballenger and one sister, Wanda "Frieda". Other Survivors include twenty-one grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
