Obituary
Jeremy Paul Middleton age 49 of Lexington, passed away Thursday, April 13, 2023.
He was born August 6, 1973, in Lexington to the Gary Paul Middleton and the late Valarie Ellis.
In addition to his mother, Jeremy was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Geraldine Ellis and Ed Hopper; paternal grandparents, Euther Middleton and Elvie Barker as well as step-grandfather, Wayne Stiles
Survivors include his son, Gabriel Middleton of Lexington; parents, Gary Paul and Teresa Middleton of Texas; step-grandmother, Sharon Stiles of Texas; two sisters, Kimberly Vineyard and husband Brian of Lexington and Sabrina Murray of Kentucky; four brothers, Joseph Gore IV of Parsons, Gary Middleton and wife Amber of Missouri, Shane Middleton of Indiana and Jeffery Middleton and Aisha of North Carolina. Other survivors include several nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers are Eric Vandiver, Sammy Belfiore, Andrew Woods, Dawson Hays, Benjamin Middleton and Keith Brittain.
A funeral service to celebrate the life of Jeremy will be conducted Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at First Pentecostal Church in Lexington with Pastor David Beecham officiating. Burial will follow in Smith Cemetery in Chester County. The Middleton family will receive friends on Wednesday at the church from 12:00 noon until the service hour.
