Michael "Mike" Blankenship, age 62, departed this life at his home on Thursday, September 19, 2019.

He was born on March 31, 1957 in Milan, Tennessee to the late George A. Blankenship and Kathryn Greenhaw.

In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by a son, Chad Mitchell Blankenship.

Mike is survived by his loving wife, of forty five-years, Diane Blankenship; son, Chris Blankenship and his wife Christy; and four grandchildren, Shelby Bland and her husband Mark, Valerie Blankenship, Garett Blankenship and Gracie Blankenship.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, September 21, 2019 at Eldad Baptist Church.
