Patrick West, age 54, passed away on Friday, April 22, 2022 at his home in Greenfield, Tennessee.
He was born on March 14, 1968 in Chicago, Illinois to Billy D. West and Linda J. West.
In addition to his parents, Patrick is survived by his daughter, Mallory J. West of Lakewood, Colorado and brother, Thomas Matthew West of Atoka, Tennessee.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at White Rose Cemetery in Gibson, Tennessee.
