Mr. Richard Ross

Richard (Dick) Ross, 75, of Humboldt, Tennessee went to be with our Lord and Savior Wednesday, February 24, 2016.  He was born January 25, 1941 to John and Anna (Rossi) Ross in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania.   Dick graduated from Macomber High School in Toledo, Ohio and worked 25 years for DeVilbiss Company.  He retired from ITW Finishing Systems in Jackson, Tennessee.

Dick is survived by his wife, Willie Ross; children, Marlene (Jay) Haller, Kathleen (Roger) Church, Jean Ross, Stacey (James) Perry, and Ryan Schroeder; brother, John (Patricia) Ross; sisters, Jeannette (Leonard) Pavuk and Cynthia (Dean) Perkins; Gloria (Phillips) Ross, mother of Marlene, Kathleen, and Jean; 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; his special friends John Sally, Roy McClinton, John Baker, and Dianne Blackard.

Visitation for Dick will be held on Friday, February 26 from 5 – 8:00 p.m. at Medina Funeral Home, 302 W. Church Ave., Medina, TN 38355.  The Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, February 27 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 1665 Highway 45 Bypass, Jackson, TN with visitation from 12:30 -1:30 p.m. followed by mass at 1:30.  Interment will follow in Gibson County Memory Gardens, 85 Milan Hwy, Humboldt, TN  38343.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Dick’s memory to the American Lung Association or the American Cancer Society.
