Mrs. Shirley Tubbs, age 78, passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at her home in Bradford, Tennessee.

She was born on March 27, 1944 in Houlka, Mississippi to the late Dixie and Ethel Scallion.

Mrs. Shirley is survived by her husband, John David Tubbs of Bradford, Tennessee; brother, Buddy Scallion of Mississippi; and sister, Pat Washington of Mississippi.
