Mrs. Teresa Catherine Blackburn age 49 of Lexington, passed away Monday, November 11, 2019 in NHC in Milan.
She was born August 12, 1970 in Niles, Michigan to the late Walter Keller and Reva Horton Blair.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Keith Keller and step-father, Earl Blair.
Survivors include her husband, John Blackburn; two sons, Jonathan Blackburn and Bradley Blackburn; daughters, Tashia Blackburn and Missy Gooch; step-daughters, Ashley Graves and Amber Scott ; two sister,s Lisa Cole and Tina Keller; two brothers, Matthew Keller and Brandon Keller. Other survivors include twenty-six grandchildren.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Blackburn will be conducted Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 6:30 at the Church of The Lord Jesus Christ.
Medina Funeral Home and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
