She was born on March 3, 1953 to the late Clephous Tolbert and Mary Sue Manus.
Mrs. Wanda is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Gary Matheny of Atwood; daughter Cassie Vermillion (Jimmy) of Greenfield; son, David Matheny of Atwood; and three grandchildren, Tyler Smith, Joe Vermillion and Caleb Vermillion.
A memorial gathering will be held from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 13, 2019.
